One of my favorite people I've met since writing my blog is Emily of The Stylist LA. We've become friends and have regular coffee dates which brings me so much inspiration. The first thing I always say about her is that she's the hardest working twenty-something person around. I'm constantly in awe by her late night tweets and weekend updates all while working diligently. I wrote about her here, which has been almost 2 years now and her business is growing wildly so I must do an update soon!
However, I shot these photos of her place back in the summer and so before the end of the year is up, and since this is my last Beach Nest post of the series, I wanted to share them with you.
Emily has the cutest and best location nest where she lives with her dog, Hurley, a stones throw from the ocean. Owning your own successful business, living at the beach, being young and having a full life doesn't sound so bad. Emily is a wonderful example to me of going for what you want and getting it!

Great nest and what sweet
Great nest and what sweet pup! Is this your last nest forever or just the year?! I'll miss them, but I totally get the need to shift things around and move on.

I really enjoy reading
I really enjoy reading stories about strong women making their way in the world (as you know ;), and Emily is no exception. Her place seems very cozy and infused with her wonderful style/personality. Thanks for sharing, Emily and Teri.
What a cutie pie pup! I love
What a cutie pie pup! I love his/her jaunty green scarf. Both of them are really stylish! I love the sheepskin throw on the floor by the bed. I've been considering the same thing but with the way my dog sheds...haha.
